Happy decompressing day! Or at least that's what it feels like to me :)
Once again, I want to take the time to spread some gratitude around. I was thinking how much I have to be sooooo thank full for and I hope you take some time to fill up as well. And that's not just a cheesy feel good sentiment. Feeling grateful once a day has been proven to higher your happiness set point, lower stress and boost immune function. So go on, indulge yourself!
I've been working on some ideas to give back and spread the change around by doing volunteer work, free classes and possibly setting up a clinic. I'll keep you all posted on ways you might be interested in participating.
I've just come home from teaching in Germany and Switzerland and am overwhelmed with feeling how lucky I am to do what I love, travel and meet sooooo many awesome minds. I'll be teaching in England again January 16/17, if anyone is interested in joining me and even though I was just there in October, I'm always excited explore more! Email me if you want to come and play. (Or even just to have a cup of tea :)
For those of you that want to come and play locally, I'm doing another "Coaching the Unconscious Mind" certification course Jan. 7-10. This course is constantly changing to reflect the latest research as well as where I am in this ever expanding mind field. You can check out the details on my site www.melissatiers.com and once again, if you'd like to take a refresher course, you can do so at half price. Contact me if you have any questions.
And I'll be doing a webinar on working/playing with kids with my friend Kelley Woods. Kelley is an amazing practitioner who's work with kids is so inspiring that I'm really excited to meld minds. I've been working with kids of all ages for many years now and I think this is a good opportunity to learn from our successes as well as my gaffes. It's inexpensive and you can join us from the comfort of your couch! Here's the link to sign up. http://www.woodshypnosis.com/kidtalk.php
