IMHO, Melissa Tiers in New York City. I have spent hours and  hours and hours - maybe WEEKS! on the phone with this woman, and she  knows her stuff more than anybody else I know. And she is never  static. She is always learning and growing and teaching what she  learns immediately after she has learned it. I have never met  anybody more dedicated to her craft, and to teaching her craft. She  is fun, she is irreverent, she is warm, loving, and generous (can you  tell I like her ; - )???
