This class focuses on building emotional resilience and mental strategies for fighting fascism without losing our shit. The goal of this regime is to keep the hits coming so we stay dysregulated and overwhelmed. Together we will learn how to channel rage into action, anxiety into focus and uncertainty into solidarity.
Research proves that taking political action, any action, improves mental health. They are counting on us staying passive at a time when every voice matters. You will learn how to stay informed without the despair they are banking on.

These techniques are taken from Emotional First Aid which is a system of psychological triage that is helping people all over the world find relief. We have hundreds of practitioners supporting populations in prisons, immigration detention centers, marginalized and impoverished communities, homeless shelters, clinics, and war torn areas.
We are training non profit agencies with boots on the ground to give rapid techniques for processing trauma and helping communities in desperate need.
